-Do Purchase Order from a customer and reply to the delivery date details
-Manufacturer Research requested by Customer, Payment monitoring, Various Data gathering
-Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
-Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
-Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
-Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service teams performance.
-Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
-Assists with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.
-Generate report for Office expenses
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

<MUST>
-Bachelors degree preferred.
-At least 1~2years experience with related field
-Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
-Not Job Hopper
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Has experienced with Purchasing and ordering of various electronic models for mobiles phones, smartphones, and digital cameras, rapid chargers, storage battery, and solar panels for electric vehicles, and mobile phones.
-Detailed, and multitasker
-Has experience in IMPEX
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
-Organized with attention to detail.
-Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
-Has experience in purchasing or IMPEX in manufacturing company
