  Job Description
  The Civil Engineer (Technical Support) creates and prepares comprehensive proposals and bids to prospective
  clients. Responsible for monitoring and updating of the project’s progress upon assignment at site.
   Assists in technical-related investigative research activities for engineering design work and on-going
  construction projects (structural, geotechnical, or hydraulic projects)
   Helps in proposing system improvements to current project planning, execution, and monitoring
   Checks compliance of technical proposals in engineering codes or standards, and client specifications
  through bid documents study and site inspections
   Identifies project risks in bidding stage
   Assists Design/ Estimation/ Operations team as requested
