＜Must＞
・Knowledgeable in Recruitment, Onboarding, Probationary, Regularity, Promotion, Resignation, Incident / Violation, Attendance Monitoring
・Experience in Recruitment Interview, Probationary Interview, Regularity Interview, Promotion Interview, Resignation Interview, Incident / Violation Interview
・Experience in division making
・At least HR Supervisor experience or above
・At least 3 years of subordinates' management experience
・Experience with having at least 3 HR subordinates
・Handle at least 300 employees
・Computer literate (Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
・Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays)
・Willing to work onsite - Makati City
・Proficient in the English language
＜Better＞
・Experience of Government Process (DOLE or Peza)
・Worked experience in BPO or Japanese company
・Degree in HUMAN RESOURCES or any Related field英語
