  The successful candidate will develop business with new and existing clients and generate sales for the industrial park(s) being handled. He or she will be assisting in the formulation of strategies and tactical plans. He or she will also develop and implement marketing programs to promote the industrial parks; develop prospective clients. He or she will prepare presentation materials and present to clients; prepare sales proposals and assisting in the negotiations and documentation of sales. He or she will establish relationships with the investment promotions agencies, chambers of commerce, industry associations, property consultants, brokers, and agents. He or she will also collect, and report market data and information related to the business. The ideal candidate should have:
  
  • at least 5-10 years’ experience in related field
  • college degree in Engineering or Marketing
  • good communication skills both oral and written;
  • good disposition to represent the company;
  • good listening and negotiation skills;
  • good presentation and analytical skills;
  • aggressive, pro-active, innovative and can represent the company well.
