  Responsible for establishing, updating and implementing operation standards to promote effective and efficient work processes and quality production output. Plans and prepares schedule for new model development and acts as over-all coordinator to ensure timely execution based on targets. Continuously assess product development requirements in manpower, method and machines, as well as recommends necessary course of improvements and/or actions.
