Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Performance Management
1. Perform business performance review of actual results of operations.
2. Monitor competitor performance and actions and determine on the company’s business interest.
3. Lead the preparation of forecasting, annual operating plan and strategic business plan.
Revenue Management
1. Perform brand/pack revenue and margin analysis.
2. Determine financial impact of pricing actions and product initiatives.
3. Monitor competitor actions. Conduct pricing benchmarking and market shares movements.
4. Identify opportunities and flag any risks.
Capital Budgeting and Project Evaluation
1. Evaluate financial viability of CAPEX proposals.
2. Evaluate commercial terms and financial viability of critical contracts relating to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, among others.
3. Evaluate financial viability of productivity initiatives, new product innovations, and other key projects.
Qualifications
Requirement
REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably finance/business management
• CFA candidate or MBA is highly preferred
• Minimum 5-year experience in corporate planning/development or business analytics with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• With professional maturity and agility in handling diverse and multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment
• Ability to relate well with internal and external stakeholders from top management, executives, managers and staff from different functions
• Excellent analytical skills, with strong business acumen
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• With advanced ability to use excel and power pointEnglish Level
