Prosecution of this company initiated cases and defense of cases filed against the company to ensure due protection of the company rights and interests.
Rendering legal services to different branches, units and subsidiaries of the bank relative to loan and non-loan related accounts by
a. Handling judicial/extrajudicial recovery of delinquent accounts
b. Attending to prosecution and defense of cases for and against the bank and its subsidiaries and officers sued in connection with the performance of their functions relative to the management of accounts
c. Rendering opinion/advice on occurrences which will eventually be litigated if not attended to or properly addressed/resolved
Qualifications
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree , Professional License
(Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Education: Holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree; Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in litigation function
Knowledge:
Must possess the following:
(1) In-depth knowledge of the latest laws
(2) Deep understanding of banking operations
(3) Proficient in judicial and administrative procedures
(4) Above average skill in writing pleadings
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
