Job Description
• Understand the account and company setup steps.
• Preparing financial statements, general ledger, processing bills.
• Create and maintain records, including contact information, payment terms, and any other information required.
• Create and maintain employees including contact information, payroll salary or rate information, and related employment data.
• Invoice customers. Upon approval, distribute invoices to customers via email or mail.
• Prepare or monitor the preparation of payroll.
• Make journal entries as directed.
• General office duties.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Graduate of BS Accountancy
•With experience in standard costing and
expense analysis & reporting
• Can handle cost accounting & general
accounting
• Knowledge in INFOR LX/SAP is an
advantage
•Computer Literate
•Have strong analytical skills
• Can work with minimum supervisionEnglish Level
