  The Safety Manager is responsible for planning, directing and administering the activities of the company’s Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE). He is responsible for the assessment of associated risk in all the project sites, prepares the prevention measures to address them, prepares programs to control and improve HSSE practice on all projects of the company. He fully informs the management on all incidents/accidents and other dangerous occurrences that may be present in the projects
  - Promotes safety awareness and accident prevention at construction site and throughout all stages of construction
  - Establishes an HSSE organization, ensuring all areas are with assigned Safety Officers to implement effective safety procedures
  - Initiates appropriate safety preventive and corrective actions immediately whenever necessary
  - Evaluates working condition and work safe practices and develops recommendations, whenever necessary
  - Develops and presents training programs for accident prevention
  - Ensures that the health, safety, security and environmental procedures and training programs are fully implemented
  - Provides assistance and HSSE training to employees
  - Administers appropriate safe work practices and procedures.
  - Reviews and analyses all accident reports and assures that the necessary actions have been applied without undue delay.
  - Attends field operations coordination inspection and other safety meetings to assure company compliance.
