  Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions by matching suppliers' invoices; deliveries and purchase requests- 3 way match
  •Verifies the validity and accurateness of each transaction and resolves noted discrepancies. Ensure completeness of required invoice attachments
  •Prepares data entry in the accounting system-SAP
  •Monitors outstanding accounts to ensure on time payment to suppliers and other contractors.
  •Prioritizes invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
  •Prepares and analyzes monthly aging of Accounts Payable. Reconciles payable balances with suppliers' Statement of Accounts
  •Recommends and implements improvements to owned processes
  •Creates informational data needed in the analysis of Purchase journals
