  • 应征条件

    - At Least N2 Level => Business level Japanese language proficiency
    - Management experience with 5 ~ 20 employees / team members
    - Making business plan, goal, clear vision with its strategy to commit the achievement
    - Understanding Japanese style management
    - Making accurate report and feedback with certain basis to head office
    - Develop staff / team members in terms of skills, knowledge and also business personality
