  >Deeper review of root cause analysis of the machine problems and recommend corrective and preventive measures
  •Preparation of various documents to be submitted
  •Status report for Japanese General Manager the following
  >Establish and implement annual department policies.
  >The achievement of monthly KPI for all production targets
