    • Receive incoming sales calls and customer inquiries;
    • Prepares Statement of Accounts, Purchase Order and Delivery Receipt
    • Coordinates with client’s delivery schedule and Purchase Order
    • Reports to immediate supervisor on production updates and supplier’s delivery
    • Reconcile Sales Report with Accounting Department for client’s payment update and overdue accounts.

资格

  • 应征条件

    MUST
    • College Graduate, preferably Business Graduate
    • with or without experience
    • Computer proficiency with excellent interpersonal communication skills both in oral and written
    • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients
    • Possess sense of urgency and ability to work well under extreme pressure
