    -Supervises a team of production engineers who plan and design methods to improve or enhance existing programs.
    -Assists in analyzing and reviewing budgets, schedules, production requirements and headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining necessary resources.
    -Develops and recommends revisions or enhancements to schedules, human and monetary resource allocations, and production requirements.

    -Reports to a manager.
    -Supervises a group of staff in engeneer department.
    -May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments.
    -Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
    -Has some authority for personnel actions.
    -Thorough knowledge of department processes.

资格

  • 应征条件

    MUST
    -have knowledge facility related maintenance and troubleshooting
    -at least 3 years of working as an engineer in the same company.
    -have experience as an assistant supervisor or higher level in engineering department
    ※Salary
    Assistant supervisor level:18,000Php~
    Supervisor level :25,000Php~

    PREFER
    -have work experience in Japanese manufacturing company
    -have knowledge management (division work progress management, personnel management).
