工作内容

1. Participate in product demand analysis, formulate relevant test plans according to product design documents and development plans;2. Write test cases according to requirements documents and test plans, execute tests, complete testing and defect tracking, quality analysis, defect analysis and other testing processes;3. Lead the test design of complex projects and lead other personnel to complete the test design and review.4. Build various test environments, and be able to independently or lead a team to perform various complex business function tests.5. Introduce interface testing tools or testing frameworks to conduct product interface testing, functional interfaces, service interfaces, API interfaces, etc.6. According to the product structure, select the appropriate performance testing tools and frameworks, independently or lead the team to complete the performance testing of medium and large projects, and generate reliable performance testing reports and analysis results.7. Analyze the performance problems of the product, and give reasonable optimization scope and optimization suggestions, so as to promote the development team to clarify the performance problems and optimize them.8. According to the product model, design a suitable automated test plan, and select the corresponding technology and tools to automate the development and implementation of the product.9. Use security testing tools to conduct dynamic security scanning and static code scanning tests on the system, and generate a result report.10. Responsible for the team's test quality assurance, and continuously improve the test efficiency, and promote the improvement of the test process or development process.
