• 应征条件

  • Diploma or Degree in technical-related of study such as Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics
  Engineering.
  • 3~5 years of experience working in field service including electrical and mechanical. Practical experience troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
  • Experience working with DMG MORI machines and/or CNC control systems such as Fanuc,
  Mitsubishi, Siemens and/or Heidenhain controls are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder
  diagrams.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English with exceptional customer service
  orientation.
  • Able to establish and build exemplary communication and relationships with customers.
  • Able to manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner, respond promptly to customer
  needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
  • Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands and able to
  deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • A team player who is meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possess a valid class driving license, and/or possess own car would be an advantage
