  • As a General Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. He will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, manage network expansion and managing sales representative. His strategic abilities and leadership will be essential in guiding sales team to meet the target and towards success.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  • Sales Strategy – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue and growth goals
  • Team Leadership – Lead, motivate and mentor sales team representatives ensuring to meet their individual and team targets
  • Sales Planning – Collaborate with section heads and Management team to create monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan, budget and forecast.
  • Customer Relationship Management – maintain strong relationships with dealers, clients, partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Market Analysis – Stay up to date with market trends, sales development and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Training and Development – Prepare training plan and coaching to sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Performance Evaluation – Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, kpi and provide feedback to the sales team to improve their performance.
  • Sales Reporting – Analyze sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting – Accurately forecast sales figures and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Budget Management – Responsible for managing and optimizing the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
