  • Daily supervision of accounting operations involving Quickbooks management, AR, AP, Journal Entries,
  Bank Reconciliation, Month-end tasks and Government Compliance (e.g. BIR, SEC, etc.)
  • Implementation or support on training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation,
  mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge,
  skills, and total team performance.
  • Conformance with the established sets of reports and documented deliverables.
  • Suggestion or implementation of business process initiatives, system improvement which resulted to
  significant process efficiency and/ or cost savings; participation on tasks beyond responsibility duly
  ordered by the immediate head.
