  We are Japanese manufacturing company leading the industry in propeller. We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our businesses.
  
  - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our customerbase.
  - Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers
  - Manage sales, Including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  - Provides excellent support for customers queries and requirements in collaboration with the business partners.
  - Oversee and keep track of day-to-day shipment, logistics cost, and efficiency of delivery. Provide regular reports on sales performance to top management.
  - Other task that maybe assigned from time to time by top managements
