  " Manage and oversee accounting department’s daily operations.
   Ensure that each transaction is in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
   Prepare and analyze the monthly Financial Statements on time.
   Process online payment to suppliers and cash advance to employees.
   Oversee the month end and year end closing of accounting books using Accounting system and manage the year end audit of the financial statements.
   Review and validate the reports prepared by the Accounting Supervisor.
   Detailed Review of tax calculation (VAT, ITR, Withholding taxes, Fringe benefits tax and others).
   Monitor the Cash Flow of the company and manage transfer of funds.
   Manage annual budgeting and prepare the monthly actual versus budget variance analysis.
   Can handle BIR Assessment.
   Knowledgeable about Transfer Pricing documentation and Tax Treaty Relief application.
   Keep updated about the new issuances from government agencies.
   Other duties as requested by the President and General Manager.
