＜Responsibility ＞We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager, responsible for customer sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or manufacturing industry, with a focus on rubber and plastic products. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales strategies, and overseeing the sales team to achieve company goals.・Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.・Manage existing customer accounts and seek new business opportunities.・Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand and meet requirements.・Receive instructions from Top Management and assign responsibilities to team members.・Conduct daily and periodic checks to align with company targets and objectives, as per action plans.・Formulate corrective actions and improvement plans for the sales section.・Manage the sales team and coordinate with other departments (QC, QA, Production, Planning, HRD).・Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.・Generate reports and provide data as needed.・Support continuous improvement initiatives and training.
