• Job Description

  -Providing assistance and direction to other plant personnel in proper plant procedures and manufacturing methods.
  -Providing guidance for preventative and repair maintenance to ensure that plant operations are able to meet output and deadlines.
  -Conduct operational tests to ensure that designs fall within the expected specifications.
  -They may also design and improve processes to increase plant production efficiency and quality.
  -Planning and execution of an engineering project in a designated area of expertise.
  -Designing manufacturing layouts, coordinating equipment selections, interacting with contractors, and evaluating quotes.
  -Provide support to ensure that plant operations meet environmental and safety protocols in a cost-effective manner.
  -Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing activities in industrial plants, including the design, construction, modification, performance and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  -Day to day tasks include determining standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance.
  -Inspecting plant and machinery to ensure optimum performance.
  -Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, scheduling and planning production activities.
