- Learn and master processes across all departments.
- Monitor day to day transactions across all departments.
- Escalate malicious transactions and report to proper channels.
- Report mistakes committed by an associate.
- Compile and create useful operational based reports for monitoring purposes.
- Partner with operations for process improvement initiatives
- Check and assess teams transactions based on company criteria.
- Random checking of process and transactions of different departments
- Inform Team lead and supervisor on red flags, fatal errors, and fraudulent transactions.
- College degree holder preferred (some college level accepted)
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin for both oral and written
- Good in MS Excel
- Any Asian nationality is accepted, preferably Vietnamese, except for Filipino-Chi and Chinese
- Willing to be assigned in Makati Philippines (Zuellig Building)
