• Job Description

  Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting and supervising construction projects from development to completion.
  
  - Supervise Construction/Project Engineers and Admin Engineers in the construction process throughout all phases of the project.
  - Supervises the construction budget based on the specifications and plans, manpower, equipment and materials schedule.
  - Present to the Area Manager the complete project implementation plan.
  - Prepares and present’s the project’s construction schedule.
  - Approves all materials and manpower requisition on site.
  - Approves the petty cash request and liquidation that will be submitted to the Head Office.
  - Initiates the mobilization of the project, i.e. site set-up (temporary facilities, barricades), initial site inspection.
  - Establish the detailed estimate of bill of quantities.
  - Provides report regularly to the Head of Engineering Department and/or to the President.
  - Proactively identifies issues and provide immediate solutions.
