Job Description
• Website Management
- Build website and develop operation strategies such as but not limited to WTB-now button, EC linkage, and Content Syndication.
- Update and include contents regularly.
- Create write-ups for news and events & promotions section.
- Contact third party agency to upload new products and product information.
• Search Advertisements (SEO and SEM)
- Listing of search keywords for each product and execute search advertisement accordingly.
• Develop Digital Campaign
- Conceptualize for the whole Fiscal Year and communicate with the agency. (Must be aligned to companie’s brand core value, direction and promise)
- Set a budget, and meet monthly KPIs:
Increase the number of visitors in GWC
Increase time spent on GWC
Increase buy now button clicks
- Develop new strategies but not limited to Influencer Marketing, Geo targeting Marketing and Collaborative Ads.
- Study competitors’ behavior. (SWOT analysis)
• Develop Social Networking Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) each of their departments and products
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Communicate and plan with Product Specialists to know roadmap and to plan product push effectively.
- Suggest offline to online activations.
• Contact and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
• Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Trends and other relevant sites to track target markets search behavior.
• E-commerce Management
- Communicate with Key account manager of client and dealer for campaign plans.
- Update the page regularly.
- Conceptualize for Mega campaigns Home Page design.
- Drive and meet traffic requirements given by client.
- Execute activities such as but not limited to Livestream and KOL marketing.
Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Multimedia, Digital Media, Information Technology or relevant field
• At least 2 years of working experience specializing in digital marketing, advertising, digital publishing, content writing or related field;
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Adwords programs
• Knowledge in HTML, Javascript, and media editing software
• Advance knowledge in Photography and Videography;
• In-depth experience on Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress);
• With excellent writing and editing skills;
• Time-management skills;
• Knowledgeable with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Willing to work at their Taytay office
