• Job Description

  • Supervise both sites of company (FPIP/ LIMA) on CSER requirements.
  • Provide assistance and support to CSER Manager.
  • Provide suggestions and recommendation on the strategies which provide suggestions and recommendations on the strategies which support the Company’s objectives.
  • Interact with the Department Heads and PICs for the issues and concerns related to 5 pillars of RBA – CSER. (Labor, Environment, Health and Safety, Ethics and Management System.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the CSER objectives.
  • Provide awareness and refresher training on RBA and Social Accountability Standards and related ISO Standards.
  • Act as an Internal and External representative (second to the Manager) for the Company’s CSER policies and projects.
  • Act as Coordinator of the Company’s CSER. (Audits, Customer, Community).
  • Conduct Internal Audit and Supplier Audit for RBA-CSER.
  • Consolidate the data from PIC of each Departments for making the Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Assist the Manager to make the Weekly and Monthly Reports based on the CSER objectives, Customer, Third (3rd) Party Audit and Internal Audit.
  • Responsible for making and conducting the Internal Audit Plan, Training Plan, and Audit Report. (Internal/ Supplier).
  • Support other activities in Documentations, Review, Revise and Update procedures.
