• Job Description

  1.Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems and reporting the result to superior.
  2.Assists Supervisor in creating revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping, forms of control, and implementing changes.
  3.Works with Supervisor in communicating job expectations with all senior line leaders and line leaders, planning, monitoring, coordinating, and in enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
  4.Ensures that KPI/CIP target are met, reviewed, and coordinated well to subordinates.
  5.Improve Senior Line Leaders and Line Leaders' skill by orienting, training and developing personal growth opportunities.
  6.Resolves personnel issues such as attendance/turn-over rate problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identfying solutions and recommending action.
  7.Supervises Senior Line Leaders' and Line Leaders' in preparing and revising work instructions, assigning manpower and schedule in the line.
  8.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, policies and procedures.
  9.Perform assigned task from time to time.
