  ・Handling and managing end-to-end HRGA matters, from recruitment to termination
  ・Be in contact with management for manpower planning and strategies for HR function
  ・Proactively improve and increase productivity of the workforce
  ・Handling legal general affairs matters, such as working contract, permit, building licenses, and PKB
  ・Ensuring highest quality of work from the HRGA function, including empowering environment and proper workplace
  ・Handling and overviewing data of manpower and HRIS input processes
  ・Creating and developing training and learning programs that support the needs of the organization
