Job Description
-Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
-Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
-Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
-Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
-Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
-Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
-Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
-Developing new client
Qualifications
Requirement
• Experience (over 5 years) with new development sales in the construction industry or Elevator and Escalator
• Strong planning and high motivated to accomplish/be committed to a goal
• Good ability to take action and tough negotiation
• Graduate of Bachelor of Business Courses
• Basic knowledge MS Excel Skills and knowledge in other MS Application such as MS Word and Power Point
• Excellent with verbal and written communication
• Able to negotiate, establish and process contracts
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to details
• Able to make decision in fast-paced environment
• Good health and Stress resistant
