  1 Manage team to fulfill all daily job assignment.
  2 Enhance team development and good communication.
  3 Understand design specifications and technical drawings.
  4 Monitor a product and improve on future design.
  5 Estimate project timescales, as well as material, labour costs.
  6 Develop standard technical specifications and basic engineering drawings.
  7 Familiarity with design concepts, procedures and tools.
  8 Help and teach the members for each workload or activity to make easier.
  10 Comply with the company's standards and safety regulations.
