Job Description
Primary Role is to manage and maintain social media accounts of the Branch which includes preparing content for publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Purchasing of Damaged and Used Vehicles through Networking/Cold calling/Regular Field Visits.
Research, Identify and solicit new leads/supplier accounts.
Implement and Create purchasing strategies to increase profitability and sales.
Spearhead projects to create new businesses.
Manage and coach team members —provide motivation and inspiration
Collaborate with other Department/Team in marketing plans, campaigns and implementations.
Prepare and present Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports for each handled Account.
Conduct business presentations to small or large groups.
Assess marketing techniques and efficacy of promotions, projects.
Other selectively assigned tasks by the Management.
Qualifications
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
With at least 2-3 years’ work experience in marketing, brand management, events management, product development and expansion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures
Eye for design and good in negotiation and communication. Highly motivated and can work with less supervision
With knowledge in CAREnglish Level
