• Job Description

  ・Identify and establish new growth opportunities and revenue streams in existing and new markets to grow revenue and improve customer lifetime value
  ・Provide input into the setting of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
  ・Understand distributor structure and distribution partners
  ・Build a merchandising and instore strategy for the company (with Marketing) which ensures that that the company get fair instore positioning vs
  ・Agree with strategy team and Marketing an appropriate pricing strategy for new products
  ・Establish and maintain accurate account strategy plan for annual budgeting
  ・Interface with key customer decision makers to validate and qualify opportunities being pursued to maximize Win rates and net sales
  ・Constantly build and renew reliance with customers to keep abreast on changes and needs
  ・Coordinate new product evaluation and prepare customer presentation for new product promotion
  ・Create and execute territory and key account plans to achieve aggressive goals and objectives for continued growth
  ・To be actively involved in the execution of the company's strategy and accelerate the sales growth of the brand in charge.
  ・To establish the brand in charge in the market and develop brands that generate stable profits.
