Job Description

<Human Resources Support>-Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.-Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.-Support HR-related administrative tasks such as employee benefits administration, leave management, and performance evaluation processes.-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.-Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.-Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.-Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.-Willingness to learn and grow within the role.<General Affairs Support>-Coordinate office maintenance activities, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.-Handle logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.-Support in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.-Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.Other task will assign time to time.
