  Responsibility:
  Ensure team meets quality targets. Oversee QC team performance. Ensure all departments meet quality standards, including SC/WC."
  
  ・Evaluate employee and section performance.
  ・Relay instructions from top management.
  ・Plan and schedule department activities.
  ・Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
  ・Submit monthly quality reports and recommend training for improvement.
  ・Maintain integrity of quality management system during changes.
  ・Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to OPT-JP.
  ・Conduct regular checks and report results to Assistant Manager/Manager (or higher if necessary).
  ・Recommend training for continual improvement.
  
  
  【Training Structure】
  Initially, you will gain experience in various departments and fields, possibly including interpretation duties. After gaining an understanding of the entire operation, you will be assigned to a specific department. Primarily, you will utilize your experience to provide guidance, education, and management to local staff.
