• Job Description

  - Research and purchase of land in the Davao region
  - Sales and marketing of housing, or perform as broker when needed
  - Manage sales activities of brokers and agencies
  - Communicate and follow-up with clients, in house architects and stakeholders to ease the project
  - Timely report to sales and collection data to the accounting department
  - Manage the projects by preparing the business development budget and continually track expenses
  - Drafts and executes letter of intent, contract to sell, contract amendments, quitclaims, and deeds
  - Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
