• Job Description

  - Responsible for structural design of residential buildings.
  - Design plumbing systems and layouts, including water supply and drainage.
  - Design electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power supply, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  - Incorporate considerations for energy efficiency and sustainability into designs.
  - Prepare construction drawings and design documents to support the construction process.
  - Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction.
  - Conduct calculations and evaluations to ensure the safety, durability, and structural integrity of buildings.
  - Design appropriate foundations considering soil and site conditions.
  - Conduct on-site surveys and quality control during construction.
  - Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  - Prepare presentation materials and drawings for clients.
  - Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
