Job Description

• Maintains warehouse area by organizing floor space following the proper location of stocks.• Coordinates inventories or stocks transfer from one warehouse to another based on priority with related/concerned departments.• Ensures that all transactions are encoded accurately in the system daily.• Maintains inventory accuracy by conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances.• Meets high level of customer satisfaction through 5:00 PM turnover of quality goods/items to Dispatch Audit daily.• Ensures that all finished goods items that has second process are properly coordinated with Quality Control Department.• Ensures that all incoming local and imported finished goods has a sample submitted to Quality Control Department within 24 hrs.• Coordinates schedule of container bound to Cebu, Davao, Ilo-Ilo Plant with related/concerned departments.
