• Job Description

  ■ SALES PERFORMANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
  * Visit customers to gather leads, understand and analyze their current situation, technical challenges and needs.
  * Carry out presentations and demonstrate solutions to clients, and be involved and conduct training and seminar events.
  * Acquire, expand and develop key accounts and business opportunities within assigned area
  * Effectively manage turnkey projects, including the designs and installation planning.
  * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  * Work with various teams to provide clients with value-added and customized solutions
  
  * Correspond with General Manager and Regional Head quarter pertaining to technical, cross territory sales and other organization matters.
  * Ensure all reports and customer / systems analysis submitted on time.
  * Follow standard procedures for all sales relevant and operation processes such as planning of regular visit, proposals, invoice, design, turn-over etc.
  * Plan, organize and conduct marketing activities in assigned territory.
  * Responsible for achievement of agreed sales target annually.
  * Handle technical inquiries from the customers
  * Provide assistance to Application and Service Engineers pertaining to technical, engineering, project and operation issues.
  
  ■ TECHNICAL / ENGINEERING SUPPORT
  * Handle technical inquiries from the customers and distributors.
  * Provide assistance to Application and Service engineers pertaining to technical, engineering, project and operation issues.
