    [POSITION PROFILE]
    Since our company is a representative office, our task is to support our distributor. Instead of our distributor’s sales force, we ourselves develop a business chance and finally introduce to our distributor. Even though the position is Market developing manager, he/she acts as if he/she is the Major Account Manager.

    The Major Account Manager is responsible for the marketing and sales of Printers, Multi-function devices and mid-production print systems to new and existing clients within a defined sales territory/list of accounts. The Major Account Manager is responsible for a minimum annual quota dependent upon territory/channel/category assignment.

    [JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
    • Responsible for maximizing revenue growth and profitability in assigned sales quota.
    • Serving as a first point of contact for all customer requirements
    • Regular activities include:
    o Developing new accounts (Developing new Enterprise size Account)
    o Engaging in project management duties
    o Attending meetings with clients (Create meeting with clients)
    o Using contacts to generate new business
    o (Future) Maintain existing clients (Maintain existing Major Account Customers)
    o (Future) Developing new business in existing customers
    • Achieving and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the full line of Products and Services, and Solutions offered and be the subject matter experts in the domain.
    • Thrive well in KPI performance measure, fast paced environment and able to have the experience and maturity to device strategies independently to meet the quota.
    • Able to conduct sales training -- including ongoing skill and knowledge development beyond initial sales training
    • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Proven track record in direct management of large, key majors accounts clients. Able to engage C-Level executive comfortably and sell offerings direct to these stakeholders.
    - More than 5 years Direct sales experience in Enterprise and Major Accounts with existing network and relationships.
    - Good communication skill in English and Tagalog both spoken and written. Knowledge of Japanese would be an added advantage.
    - At present already in the position of Manager (Experience and relationship to customer is more important)
    - Good Extensive Networks established in Philippine especially Metro Manila - Own a large personal network database for sales engagement and approach.
