  1. Arrange possible venues for marketing events.
  2. Coordinate with existing and possible suppliers of promotional items and giveaways needed for marketing events.
  3. Prepare checklist of marketing materials needed for the upcoming event.
  4. Enhance power point presentations of sales team for marketing events.
  5. Supervise the contractor or technician assigned for the ingress and egress of a marketing event.
  6. Prepare post-marketing event feedback report for submission to Division Manager.
  7. Process marketing support request from the Sales Team.
  8. Provide assistance in the preparation of sales planning report for Management presentation.
  9. Does monthly inventory of marketing supplies and catalogues.
  10. Visit DPH dealers’ product showroom to ensure that Daikin’s signages and posters are properly in placed.
  11. Assist the Marketing Manager in doing market research activity.
