    IMPROVING THE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS
     HANDLES EMPLOYEE RELATED MATTERS WITH INTEGRITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
     CONDUCTS JOB ANALYSIS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE OPTIMUM JOB DESCRIPTIONS
     PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
     PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND REVIEW
     ENSURE THAT ALL EMPLOYEES ADHERE TO THE COMPANY’S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
     MANAGE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS FOR ASSIGNED EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING CONFLICT RESOLUTION, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS,
    AND TERMINATION PROCEDURES.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST BACHELOR'S/COLLEGE DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOLOGY OR EQUIVALENT.
    - MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME CAPACITY
    - MINIMUM OF 15 YEARS IN OVERALL HR EXPERIENCE
