    About The Role
    Shift Schedule: Morning (9am – 6pm)

    • Responsible for providing customer service to static data and MIFT request
    • Maintain high level of productivity and ensure service level are met on a daily basis
    • Process and track customer requests in compliance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions
    • Identify problem areas and convey to the Team Leader along with suggested solutions.

    • Ability to professionally communicate with customers by interpreting and following instructions in both English and Mandarin

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Responsibilities:
    1. Customer registration/ on-boarding on clients tools and system
    2. Amendments of information on the tools and system

    General profile:
    1. 1 year customer service experience in similar industry (banking or BPO) OR fresh grad
    2. Proficient in both English and Mandarin a must (read and write)
    3. Non Native (Fil – Chinese) preferred
