  <Main Duties>
  Sell the company's products and services.
  Customers include businesses and government organizations and sales may be mainly domestic (within the Philippines) or international, or a combination of both.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
   As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business.
   Maintain good relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
   Researching the market and related products.
   Presenting our products or services favorably.
   Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
   Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails, social media and other online platforms.
   Providing sales after supports upon requesting by customers.
   Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
   Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries (from customer’s office and vessel).
   Acting as a contact between a Cornes and its existing Philippine customer and markets.
   Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
   Gathering market and customer information.
   Representing Cornes at trade exhibitions, product seminar and demonstrations.
   Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customer and captain.
   Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions in meeting.
   Creating detailed proposal documents.
   Checking the quantities of items on stock if any.( Stock-taking / Once in half year)
   Entering the necessary information for sales activities into a computer system.
   Aiming to hit and exceed targets (Mainly KPI).
   Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
   Feeding future buying trends back to boss and CORNES Singapore staff.
   Reporting the sales report and market report regularly.
   Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
   Traveling abroad for business meetings and market research. (Mainly Singapore and Japan)
