・Support applicant Screening and scheduling of interview
・Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
・Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
・Assisting managers with staff requirements.
・Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
・Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
・Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

・At least N3 level Japanese level.
-Due to increasing of demand of hiring, need Japanese speaking HR support to specify the candidate experience with Japanese language
-Due to Need to report the interview result for Japanese language and recommendation to president
・at least 2 years experience in an HR role.
-Specify qualification of position, and do screening the profile of the candidate
-To explain and recommend to management the qualification
・Work experience in Japanese company and understand Japanese culture(punctuality
and good attendance)
・have experience management member
