Job Description
• Under the direct supervision of the President.
• Responsible for insuring prompt and efficient MIS and Technical service both for the company and the customers.
• Ensure the highest level of pre sales and after sales support among all BISMAC offices and to supervise TSD Supervisors, Technical Officers of POD, AMA Consultants and MIS Supervisor to make sure that the target profitability are met.
• Develops managerial effectiveness strategies for the department in consultation with HR/Personnel Department.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the President and the Execom meeting where he/she is expected to report.
• Performs other duties as the need arises and as may be assigned by the President.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 – 10 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Technical Helpdesk Support or equivalentEnglish Level
