  • Clerical translation of Minutes of the Meeting of International BOD meeting.
  • Making the Minutes of the Meeting during the Local BOD meeting.
  • Spell Checking and correction.
  • To interpret during the AM’s, Sales Dept., Marketing Dept. meetings.
  • Checking and familiarization of the Kintone application.
  • Checking and monitoring the schedules of the Sales Team through the Kintone application.
  • Ticket Order Form for Monthly Allocation.
  • Input Monthly Expenses Report of the AM
  • Making Purchase Order, Requisition and Proposal, Request For Payment.
