  • Job Description

    Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer as HR Manager you shall work with the management to strategized and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. Follow responsibilities below;

    - Commit certain number of recruitment directed by CEO
    - Develops and improves recruitment strategies
    • Ensures that the company attract the best candidate
    • Implement efficient ways for interviewing
    - Improves company branding
    - Develops career development program for employees
    • Conducts seminar that will help in employees’ improvement
    - Review, update and implement company policies in Employee Handbook
    • Ensures that the company is updated with the labor laws
    • Update the Employee handbook from time to time
    - Develops program to enhance employee engagement and employee training
    • Implement different events and activities for employees’ enjoyment
    • Conduct teambuilding
    • Creates scheme for employees’ motivation
    - Improve and implement strategies for organizational development
    - Develops orientation process for new employees
    • Ensures that all employees undergo orientation and knows well about the
    company
    - Creates benefit package for employees
    - Ensures that the employee undergoes proper performance appraisal
    - Handles and make action for employee concerns
    - Reports high level of malicious action or disciplinary action of employee that affect
    management level
    - Issues memorandum and sanctions for the discipline of employee
    - Ensures that the termination process is in line with the labor code
    - Submit and make reports to DOLE
    Ensures that company is compliant to labor law
    - Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelors degree in psychology, HR or equivalent
    - At least 8-10 years experience in human resources (all functions in HR such as recruitment, labor relations, compensation and benefits, etc)
    -With experience in managerial position and supervising HR team or department
    -Experience in office management, administration and good computer skills
    -Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    -Living not too far, preferably from Manila
    -Can start by March 2021
