  <Responsibilities>
  ・Leading a team in the planning and the delivery of web applications across multiple platforms. Qualified candidates are expected to be:
  ・Leading large and small development projects successfully.
  ・Creating websites/a website using standard HTML/CSS/PHP
  practices and directing team members assuring the product met the organizations quality objectives.
  ・Evaluating members code (and other deliverables) to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
  ・Mentor and coach junior-level developers and provide timelines and estimates to them as well as clients and management.
  ・Improve structure in the team/putting standards in place to prevent an occurring issue.
  ・Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.
  ・Lead the team in maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.
  ・Have the passion to grow and mentor a team.
