    • Updating of Manpower Requirements (Resigned and Requests)
    • Posting of job ads in different portals
    • Paper screening of resume
    • Scheduling of applicants
    • Inviting of applicants for interview
    • Interview applicants face to face and on line
    • Process background checks
    • Maintain candidate database
    • Handle records and paperwork
    • Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations)
    • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
    • Onboarding Orientation of New Employees
    • Introduction of new employee to GMS employees
    • Endorsement of new employee to Related personnel
    • Monitoring of pre-employment requirements
    • Requesting of On-boarding requirements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or Human Resources major
    -Knowledgeable in MS Office
    -At least 2~3 year of relevant work experience in recruitment
    -Strong communication skills

    <BETTER>
    Has working Experience in japanese company
