    <Job Purpose/Primary Functions>
    Under The functional and administrative supervision of the President, the General Sales Manager/Sales Manager is responsible in the planning, organizing, leading & controlling the Units Marketing Division to contribute to the growth and profitability targets of the company.

    <Duties and Responsibilities>
    -To formulate plans, programs and strategies to attain the sales volume and profitability targets of the division
    -To provide senior management with information regarding customer preferences, product evaluations, competitors activities, market trends and other factors affecting the market, and to develop and recommend appropriate measures to attain the division and the company’s profitability targets.
    -To develop and nurture good relationship with the customers and financing companies, employees and the public in general to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
    -To be responsible for the strict implementation of all company sales policies, systems and procedures including proper implementation of the Dealer Management System related to Units Sales Division.
    -To coordinate closely with Company. and other Company Divisions to ensure proper implementation of the company’s policies, systems and procedures to ensure maximum support for the Company’s sales objectives.
    -Depending on the position, the General Sales Manager/Sales Manager maybe assigned to supervise the Marketing Administration Services Department, Truck Sales Groups and Special Accounts Group to ensure that the sales forces are properly guided towards attaining current sales and related objective.
    -To assist the Sales Groups in dealing with their customers, especially in negotiations for the sale of units
    -To formulate and recommend for management approval sales policies, rules and regulations and sales incentives in order to continuously improve the performance of the sales representatives.
    -To represent the Company in customer events Corporation’s sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marketing, an advantage
    - Graduates in other field maybe considered depending on experience
    - More than 10 years experience in an Automotive Industry preferably Japanese truck brand, acceptable Japanese car brand and European truck brand
    - More than 5 years sales experience in a Commercial Vehicle Dealer
    - more than 2 years experience as Sales Manager in a Commercial Vehicle Dealer
